Shoulder Injury rehab
Helping this gentleman supporting his partial supraspinatus (part of the rotator cuff) tear to regain better posture, decompress shoulder and strengthen his shoulder girdle. His right scapula is almost disappearing laterally and is a good indicator for a weak shoulder girdle and his injury.
The most common issue with this injuries being treated conservatively (no surgery), that there's always a slight play in the joint which leads to a squashed bursa.
Exercise therapy can only support the injury but it will not heal the test in the tendon.
