Personal Trainer Auckland & Supplements Auckland - What do we need for a lasting weight loss?

When it comes up to lose weight we can look up a ton of tips online, read a lot about in lifestyle magazines and the daily paper and see a lot on TV.
There is a huge range of offers provided and it starts from upmarket and flash gyms, Yoga, Pilates and other classes, boot camps, dietary advice or/and pre-cooked meals provided ready to microwave. It´s ending with a personal trainer recommendation in case you get stuck and last but not least, dropping a lot of supplements.
These are only a few ingredients we need for our weight loss goals.
Aren´t they? Forgotten something?
Yes, you got it. The clients motivation and mind set!
It does not go anywhere if our clients haven´t made any decisions! Noone goes on holidays without deciding why this holiday and destination is important for him/her.
Unfortunately our body´s neurology gets bye-passed so often.
So what´s the consequence for us PTs?
You guessed it! Doing a needs assessment and asking specifically for decisions made. The best way to do it, is make the client hand-write them down.
