This article contains a wee bit criticism regarding a fasting diet. I agree what she says: It´s important that you get all the nutrients your body needs. It is NOT about an eating habit what the articles headline picture shows: Having 3 tiny bits of vege only on a fasting day! Absolutely wrong and leads to a misunderstanding what fasting actually is! Instead you eat a pile of different vege ALWAYS combined with PROTEIN. This could be either meat, fish or vegetarian protein such as tofu, eggs etc So if you went for the fasting, I recommend to stick to M Mosleys original source "The fast diet" and follow his instructions very closely. This ensures you do have enough nutrients, fluids etc.

In terms of muscle mass loss, honestly, simply workout and you´ll be fine!
