I will perform a full health assessment, including flexibility checks, blood pressure check and different body measurements.
This will establish the baseline from which we will increase your health and fitness.
I will take at least two photos to record your transformation progress, which helps your personal motivation.
I also provide regular follow-ups to discuss how you have developed your targets.
Optionally I can also provide an individual diet program or a pantry and/or fridge/freezer check at your home. Some of my clients I join for their weekly grocery shopping.
