As part of my training programs, I can develop specialised weekly group fitness training designed specifically for office or manufacturing workers.
Additionally the program will be complemented by an appropriate diet reset program, back checks and pre-assessment .
The program will keep your metabolism at a rate that will invigorate you, rather than leave you exhausted.
Current overseas studies show that using these programs results were seen in a significant increase of physical and mental fitness levels for all the participants.
